Payment Policy & Method
ALL video coaching sessions must be prepaid via e-transfer before the session begins.
Cancellation policy
A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect. Clients are responsible for payment when sessions are missed or canceled within this time period.
Technical difficulties
If there are any technical hitches from my side, or from the software provider, your session will be rearranged or refunded. However, it is your responsibility to make sure that your computer is working correctly ahead of the session.
If there are technical hitches from your side, depending on the nature of them (ie if it was avoidable) then the fee will not be refundable. As with live sessions, if there are any delays, the session will still need to end at the allotted time.
